Started out today by going over a big, scary bridge to Coronado. It was the most beautiful place on Earth (once you got across the bridge!).
The house pictured above, has the view that is pictured below. I sooo want to live here!
All the houses were beautiful, and very different styles. But, all had one thing in common - perfectly groomed yards.
This looked like Bilbo Baggins' house!
Next stop was La Jolla, California. Changed my mind - THIS is the most beautiful place on Earth. The cliffs were just amazing. I have never seen such blue water.
There is a section of the beach in La Jolla where seals come up and sun themselves. There was a very large number of baby seals there today.
This poor little seal was separated from his mother. Volunteers were trying to get Sea World to come out and get him, because no other mother seal would feed him.
He was ready for his close-up!
This one was yelling about something!
These were some kayakers (they were a little crazy to be out there in that water!)
This was some cave you could go in if you paid $4. I skipped going in it and just took the photo!
The beautiful birds of paradise and flowers were all over. (Really, the most beautiful place on Earth!)
I have no idea what these varmints are. They resemble squirrels, but they live in burrows (unlike the common squirrel that lives and nests in a tree). And, the tail is different. But, they are all over.
